I hope all of you are well and that you are looking forward to a great year ahead. Filled with God's promises and His never ending mercy/love.

But lately i see more and more Christians not pulling their weight in what God asked them to do and i am talking about myself as well. We think there is always tomorrow that we can do it but i am telling you today Shape up or Ship out. You need to sort thing out, no longer playing games. You are playing with fire, if you think you have tomorrow to correct things and to live an upright life. Get rid of the things that's taking you away from God.

And we as Christians need to start standing together and fight the good fight together. We after all are here to be a witness to the people around us and to tell them about our Lord and Savoir. One thing i noticed is that we gossip about our fellow Christians. Stop gossiping about what this one did and what that one did. Stop it. We need to pull people up and help them. Why do we always say Look at our country, there is no hope for us or why is that one treating me like that, i did nothing to him. But have you looked at how you treat others or the words you say over yourself or others. Your words carry more power then you think.

Matt 7: 1-5

Judging Others

• Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
• For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
  
• Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
• How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?
• You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

Start praying for our leaders/others and this country if you want to see things change.

I just thought that i would share this with you, we as Christians have a responsibility to God and to others. But God is our number ONE focus. Our eyes should be fixed on HIM. We need to bring God a living sacrifices - that is pleasing to Him. Do not conform any longer to this world, if you do you are wasting your time.

So with that i am leaving you with this:

Living Sacrifices

• Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, this is your spiritual act of worship.
  
  
• Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:1,2
